How to replace the rubber track on a mini excavator?


To replace the rubber track on a mini excavator, follow these steps:

  1. Prepare the necessary tools, including a track tensioner and pry bar.
  2. Elevate the excavator’s undercarriage and secure it with safety stands.
  3. Release the tension from the old track and remove it using the pry bar.
  4. Align the new track with the sprocket and drive it onto the undercarriage using the tensioner.
  5. Ensure proper tension by adjusting the track and recheck for alignment.
